How long does it take to receive the order?
Each Customer's order is based on the images provided by the Customer, thus is individually-created and takes a complex process to be completed.
Information for customers who have ordered a digital file. Your order will be emailed to you within 3-5 business days after receiving your order.
Therefore once you place your order, please allow 10-20 business days for us to design, produce and ship your order. Once shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number to check the delivery status.
The delivery usually takes 10-15 business days from the moment the order was shipped.
Most orders will arrive in 20-30 business days from the time of ordering. Sometimes, however, usually due to the carrier's fault, the delivery may be longer.
Orders placed between 15.01.2020 and 31.12.2021 may have an extended delivery time, up to a maximum of 90 days from the date of the contract.*
* COVID-19-related logistics blackouts and/or limitations may significantly delay the delivery even more than 90 days. Refunds are NOT issued due to such delays. We will ensure that you will receive your order. If your order is lost (by official carrier statement) we will organise a new delivery or issue a refund.
Please pay attention to the requirements for the photo so that the result of the product exceeds your expectations!
- The person/pet in the photo should take a central position, they should not be standing on the left or right
- The person/pet in the photo should not be too close
- Any photo would work!
If you want to get a quality result, please follow all the requirements for the photo.
